Annual CCBSA Conference – November 27-30, 2018

The conference begins Tuesday, November 27, 2018, and runs through Friday, November 30, 2018. This year’s conference theme is focused on three core areas of professional development for staff in the Clerks of the Board departments – People, Process, and Technology. The conference is designed to ignite professional energy and motivate attendees to bring back innovative ideas and best practices to their respective counties. In addition to the valuable programming, you will have lots of opportunities to build connections with peers in local government management.

One of the fantastic speakers you’ll hear at the conference is Wendi Brick, President & CEO of Customer Service Advantage, Inc., who will discuss the keys to providing great customer service in government.
